yea..considering only plate classes can wear it I would say its a bug, unless they meant to make it all priests this tier and forgot that part.

Avatar loot, dropped for us too, its plate, was plate in T7, just looks like leather ect, but can only be worn by plate classes and the mit is plate as well.

Maybe they should have made it All Priests instead. But either way, that's not an upgrade. It needs to have its effectiveness increased to be a real upgrade over the EoF one.

It used to be kinda good back in T7 when power management was a little harder, now its just a joke.

Yeah, the helm really isn't an upgrade over the t7 version, just has a few more stats. If you want a helm for a type of power proc, go after contested mayong. It's a green encounter now and the proc on the helm is better and usable by all priest.
