i didnt click the link, but if its the orange one im pretty sure u can only get it durin halloween guide events. and they only did it once some random time a week before halloween on my server.

Yes, like other people are saying, you can get this robe at any time. Just catch a guide in freeport or qeynos and get the quest from them.

i was standing outside qeynos and i saw this snowman lvl 1 illusionist standing there.. so i sat there making fun of him... i thought it was just some n00b roleplaying. so he was all like "want to see how you can become as beautiful as me?" and i was like "sure i guess.. but im already dead sexah!" and then the quest popped up.

i still dont know how to complete it.

the robe of dead tidings is in my appearance slot, i bought it off the broker.

it was pretty funny when i brought my friend the troll over to qeynos to get the quest.. the guide said "wow.. he is ugly. i dont think i can help him" and then he disappeared.

i laughed.
