No, just physical-based CA's and procs. Check my screenshot on the Sony forums. Autoattack remains unchanged.

Yeah it's broken and yeah it increases a scouts DPS by a healthy margin, however, there's a LOT of shit from that zone that's "working at intended" and is still crazy overpowered.

The RvR for that zone is possibly the worst we've seen in eq2 in a long, long time. It could use a zonewide sweep of itemization tweaks, some of that shit is just amazing... and it's dropping off trash or COMPLETELY retarded nameds, heh.

Maestro and Byzola aren't going to be killed by just anyone, but your average scrub guild can do everything else, and that's still a metric asston of extremely solid loot.
