Default Eye of Innoruuk - what exactly this item does?

Still not getting what this item for? Has someone tested it?

my question is what exactly it's debuff affects?
does it affect ripost-type buffs on mobs?

Decreases the spell damage of the mob the proc is proc'd onto, with multiple proc's stacking.

In theory it makes the damage shields, the AEs and the DDs from the mob do less damage while the proc is in effect.

If it actually works, with just one proc running on the mob, you're talking about eating 1200 less damage off of wards for just the MT group for anything they don't AE immune through.

In my eyes it is the same kind of survivability boost as incoming riposte damage reduction/immunity for keeping health a little bit higher and reducing the amount of ward that is eaten by AE's and such.

That is of course if it works properly and up to theory, and it would take a massive amount of testing to see exactly what the proc actually affects.
