QFE! If the proc was ANYTHING useful instead of a retarded 40 haste past a hardcap that we're already way ahead of, I'd be happy. How about something brigand-y... like 5% easier melee chance to hit and improved player spell resist (with a counterbalanced 3% detriment to the mob's chances) when its up? Otherwise I'm satisfied with it.

Yeah woot double cast, it finally double cast a spell that dosent suck, woot triple cast only happens on RoD and you actually have a cast timer for each of thsoe casts. Fairly sure I know how to play. Just saying most of the time the double cast is on some lame ass spell. I am glad you highlighted my point by the fact the wizard after having it this long is still excited to see a double cast on Bolt/Fission aka spells that rock to double cast and clearly not a common occurance.

I was commenting that double cast on fission for 40K a pop is fucking rare and dont expect it to happen every cast.

Before they fixed Storming Tempest each double attack could actually double attack. In theory you could have infinite double attacks with the right luck. I actually landed a quadruple attack Storming Tempest hit before that update. If only rays didn't make me cast twice tho now :D.

ps. So many times I DA Bolt of ice back to back with Ball of magma. I mean double attacking anything as low as Magma chamber is pretty awesome. Lots of times I aoe a group with firestorm and double attack the entire aoe. Even when i slip solar flare in last second and it double attacks totaling for 10k some damage...its pretty damn nice. Da pwns!
