Which class(es) get the best epics?

The title says it all. I've seen a lot of complaints about epics (mostly from the classes that I played before I semi-retired hehe). So I couldn't help but wonder which classes feel the devs got their epics right? And why?

I'm talking both in look and utility.

this list is not meant to be complete, but the really good ones iirc were:

guard, illy, assn, wizz, troub,dirge (bruiser as well, not counting appearance)

I heard the assassin one looks like a french butterknife of gayness. But I haven't seen any screenshots and I am not back in the game yet so I can't tell for myself.

well.. i was not rating the appearances

the assassin appearance is... disputable. while i personally like the idea of having a very small almost invisible weapon (RP-wise), some dislike it for the same reason

its not any smaller than most dagger's in game,after having it so long it sorta grows on you.

Um, can we say Ranger? It's basically the basis for which all of our dps is based. Show bows specifically put in for it because the guy had it on his back in the preview video...
