First fabled item just found on crushbone. Cloak of the Broken Toe Champion
25 str, 5 int, 150 health, 100 power, 374 vs heat, disease, poison,
+3 melee crit chance, +35 combat art damage, Aura of Ankexfen- reduces the reuse timers of all combat arts by 5 percent.

The stuff off heroic named is about in line with what heroic lewts should be, got some nice upgrades for my 76 guard (who didn't have a problem tanking a named or two with one healer, the gassy gas stenchy stenchy shit was annoying at first though).

there always has to be at least 1 OP piece of loot in each new set of content that we are given. something that just screams "RvR? lol!". raid quality loot in a heroic instance. paradigm shattering fabled loot from an easy raid zone.
without that carrot, all we have left is the stick...
someday... someday, we'll have an MMO with devs who understand itemization and game design better than they understand the company's Bottom Line. devs who communicate with eachother, who understand how every piece of the game fits together. i wait patiently for that day.
