I see you have discovered some of Hate's situational gear Scouts can and do tank mobs from this expansion, if geared properly for them. This set was not intended for any particular zones or encounters, but I assumed there would be folks who'd find inventive ways to use it to their advantage. Not every piece of gear I create is going to be viewed as useful by everyone. Also keep in mind that these items drop off of some of the easier mobs in Hate, so their bonuses are commensurate with the difficulty of acquiring them.

The Jewel of Animosity would offer a much greater bonus to scouts, with far fewer penalties. I designed it and tuned it for fighters, and thus limited it to their use accordingly. Ask any fighter if they'd use the mage gear with Dispersion on it, and they'd give a resounding 'yes'. That is because that effect, while balanced for cloth users, would be overpowering on a tank. If I'd made either of the above effects usable by everyone, I would have had to have made them much weaker in order to be balanced (and probably of no use to the class I intended them for).

mabye it would be a reliably dbl attack proccing ring ?
proc normalization no upgrade for the TonT ring
lvl 70 item vs lvl 88 ?
jewelery usable by scouts complete jacked as its almost non existent ?
if that ring is too much to ask for give me another option with less dbl
or something else the gear available for rouges and assassins in rok is a fucking joke
and fyreflyte is a fucking retard like the rest of the soe dev team

the main issue is still that there are barely upgrades available tailored for the dps scouts and that was once more the intent behind my post
so if someone thinks fyreflyte is awesome well gratz on being retarted
