Back before they gave those fish named that lame Aquablast shit or whatever, I think i saw 2 - 3 coil spawns after farming it for several months. Then I sold it to a vender when they nerfed it.

Hell I use it on my coercer alt right now, and its ok. The only problem I see with the ring is the range of the AOE. It actually has a pretty large range, and tends to pull mobs through walls and such, so be careful. Other than that, yeah, when they nerfed the proc, it basically ruined it for alot of people. I use it on an alt that doesn't get raid gear, so it works for him, but I wouldn't use it on a raid geared toon ever...

While in RE2 last night i pulled around 16 mobs on the group in the first room.. was funny as hell.. It's range is insane, but perfect for OK fight and a few others.

Lol or you duel someone in Danak forgetting that when you pwn them they will drop a AoE on the 85 ^^^ guard. =( I think before its nerf I remember it pulling as much as 1.5 - 2k dps on something like overking. I wish I had the un-nerfed version for Avatar of Storm.

LoL, I did that actually dueling a guardian, and somehow the guard got agro and not me and the three mobs killed him. I went to taunt him all night about my uber victory...lol

I agree this range on this is crazy

Just to give you an example, I was testing it on TS docks with the NPCs by the bell and I got chat message that said "Your Vile Spawn hits a sandcrab for 1,200 disease damage"

The ring proc hit a crab at the bottom of the ocean under the docks

And to any Warlock who expected me to Decline on this ring:

Any item that procs disease damage is useful to a Necro. Thats like asking a Coercer not to roll on an item that does Mental damage.
