Re: Critical item bug: + Spell Damage not applying to Pets
Even though Anjul has posted a bunch of retarded stuff I actually agree with the basics of his concerns.
I too think it's stupid that ~6 of my spells are not affected what so ever by my 60% spell crit or 500ish +spell damage. (Not even counting my other 4 dumbfire pets not being affected by it)
What do we get? A measly 10% pet crit from our epic (that does nothing for the scout or fighter pet) and a Vest from RE2 with +25 ca/spell damage and then after that you have to be an Avatar killing guild to get something better...
Heck, if even 20% of my crit and spell damage was transfered to my pets I'd be happy.
And where the hell is that utility you are speaking of? Hearts? Only person needing hearts on a regular basis on our raids is the manaburning Wizard. Rez? Uhm yeah, there's already 6-7 healers, 2-3 Dirges and a pally doing that. Only time my rez is really needed is on Venril Sathir where I can rez with ~50% HP/pwr.
Fegin Death, sure that saved us a couple of minutes of running on a full wipe.
I'd take a Phoenix Blade or whatever the T8 version is called over any of that any day. Atleast I can boost someone elses DPS a bit then.
I'd bet the Wizards and Warlocks wouldn't be too happy about 6+ of their spells not being affected by their crit and spell damage.
PS. Forgot to mention the retardness of my mage pet M1 having ~350 INT and ~900 WIS... /sigh (Gets better once I get my Mythical though)
