well, after looking @ act I can say it can proc between 506 and 987. What I am asking myself, what's the range of the proc. Sometimes it pulls from other rooms and sometimes mobs next to me won't get hit(dont turn aggro) Is it random?

its melee range, i think the proc is pretty lame outside of heroic zones.. few raid uses but not many.

For legendary gear, it's pretty awesome. Good for any mass aoe fight for sure. I just wish there were more than the BP and belt with this in game. As a bruiser I can only equip the belt and seriously would like 2-3 more pieces with this proc for certain situations.

it procs randomly, sometimes i see it go for almost 20 mins of fight time without proccing and other times i have seen it do up to 9% of my total damage doing 250ish DPS on a single encounter. never changed a piece of gear so i don't think anything was blocking it but the proc rate is fubar.

only 2 items i know of with it are the plate BP and belt from RE2.

Lyger, it only procs when you take damage. You're a zerker. Zerkers don't take damage, thats a known fact. Well, maybe if it proc's off of intercede, but whats the reuse on that?
