If you have the Malefic Fury effect up from the Wand the Base damage increase from the Sash does not work.

Wand also inhibits Cloak of Unrest reuse proc from working as well. It might include the Earring of Unkempt Power because the proc is similar?

Confirmed its not letting the Earring of unkempt power proc take affect.

Think I ditched the Cloak of Zet after getting the Wand cause the procs didn't stack.

The only way for this to work is if you toggle the wand OFF, activate the sash and then toggle the wand back on. THEN it stacks properly.

How long does it take to fix this fuckup? who knows. Apparently the small subset of the raiding population that even has both items is not large enough to justify any priority higher than a nuisance.

This is something that will be fixed in a live update, not a hot fix. It effects far more than just these two items, so it is something that would need some time checking over.

i posted about this a while ago in the official forum, and did /bug in game, but never got a reply. i just posted again yesterday Wicked Wand of Malice bugged! and sent a PM to fyreflyte... hopefully this will fixed...

after testing it out in game I've also submitted a bug report. Everyone who has these conflicting items should deff send in a /petition and a /bug.
