Yeah I already have the Rallos cloak.
Dont really want to spead the PP unless the haste cloak would be a significant upgrade.
Would I be better off just waiting till 80 and then doing the CoF quest or the Chardok belt quest for haste.
I currently have like 11% haste with the rallos cloak due to other items.
