Maybe intentional to stop the MC ring still being the best endgame ring for fighters, but I don't think the devs are that smart...

I thought every single proc wasn't supposed to stack if it did the same thing. Meaning, if you have a proc with 30DPS and a proc with 25DPS and 5% DA, you'd get 25DPS and 5% DA if only the 2nd proc was up, and 30DPS if the 1st proc was up, but if you had both you'd only get 30DPS and 5% DA. I mean, that's the way procs were supposed to be.

Savagery proc seems to stack with both tho.

Str imbued ring

All three of the DPS buff proc's stack. Any ranger can tell you this.

The reality is, those 3 items are broken then.

No more broken than the Ring of Supremacy or Dispersion or Overloaded Heal. The proc designer makes the call on stackability, not some invisible EQ2 constitutional amendment.

Though it would be interesting to imagine the response if base damage modifiers no longer stacked.

Any item that lets me do this kinda dps is a good item imo.

But you need to DW or move points from buckler double attack to get the most from it. If I was at 100% DA and looted this I'd be looking at my gear to see where I could swap DA for crits.

Base Damage Modifiers that are procs don't stack soo, that's a bad statement!

I don't think any of them are broken. It's always been my understanding on proc's that as long as they were different they'd stack. If two items have the same proc lets say Savagery then they don't stack. If they have different procs then they did.

Every type of proc item I can remember has followed that ruleset as far back as I can remember.
