As for breaking it down by mob, um... you can

! There's a couple zones (like Deepforge) that actually drop Fabled prior to the last mob, but usually it's off the final boss so I didn't feel that I needed to put that information in. I wanted the OP to be pretty clean. The links go to www.Lootdb.com so you can view who actually drops it and it'll be current.

Also, EQ2Links - Everquest 2 Item Links is another good site to cross-reference.
