pretty much anything you can name, is pretty clear on what it procs off of. so yeah... things do say when they proc off ranged attacks.

Ok, seems like that answer is a no....

i have heard from others that the Lifespike from Shard of Hate does proc off ranged attacks and also heard it dont.

can someone please let me know the right answer
