Charm of Bristlebane

There may already be a thread on this but has anyone noticed that the pets from the charm of bristlebane do no dps whatsoever. Their attacks never land?
What is the point of this proc? Just to annoy and lag people out?

Probably because you have no idea how to read swarm pet parses in ACT. I advise you to l2read.

why does it say xxx swings 0 hits on a zonewide parse...
the breakdown shows a majority of misses, and then parry dodge etc.

Swarm pets register as 0 but they do damage. Ask any summoner

Anything that shows up as <name>'s <insert text here> shows up in your parse. It's not hard to understand...
