This mount looks and animates similar to the Wolf Mounts in Vanguard that the Goblins get/use.

The style was in EQOA on NPC's. The level 30 Oasis of Marr quest required you to kill one, among other things, and the Isle of Dread was loaded with undead goblins on undead worgs.

With AAs in game to run faster then that and guild mounts, it seems silly for it to be 40 speed. The only reason to spend the plat on it would be for "having" it. Kind of a waste.
