FYI This is a SPELL PROC(for MAGES) only list they dont need to be the best or even very useful , but it's all the spell procs i can remember for now(AKA no Relic, armor sets, or procs on damage)

well..thats swell and all..but pwr procs arent that important..only on avatar's..but dmg..yeah..coercers need all the dmg procs they can get..minues bolt of energy

Lol, wow. I looked at the list and couldn't think of anything else. The only things missing are the various cloaks, which I understand if you purposely left out diety cloaks.

But here's a cloak:
\aITEM -1957568843 400867073:V'Ncenzi's Voluminous Cape\/a . It drops off Sage V'Ncenzi in Castle Mistmoore, the heroic mob. It's the HUGE power proc cloak.

Then I guess Cloak of Zet, but I'm not really fond of that cloak.

And I like power procs. I have enough balanced proc gear that my power never changes, which I like a lot for staying under 30%. Sometimes, I start to gain power, so I switch out my one-hander.

didn't leave out diety cloaks..couldn't remember names...if someone could get me the links that would be great, and the ability to edit my post as i please would be nice as well if that possiable, not really sure on forum rules(besides the 15min edit rule)
