Well it's definitely one of those things were people will complain if it doesn't benefit them. If it was PHH and it dropped 2 Praetorian Hoods, I bet no one would've posted either. Like the days when it was desired if Chel'Drak dropped 2 Shards in one chest. The drop sucks in this case, I understand that, but no dev ever said this wouldn't happen. Next time, you can leave the zerker out of the raid now. ;)

There is a change in to make it so that you do not get 2 of the same item except in some rare circumstances. I doubt it will go out as a hotfix since its rather substantial but you can expect it in the next GU.

Thank you. Sorry for the anger and disso your comparisons are not on the same level but your point is seen. two drops of same item is wrong period, That should never happen albeit armor, weapons, spells. But especially when the restrictions of loot are so tight IE. class specific.

Luckily we had a zerker alt (not part of the raid at any point, in MIS that as able to get the item so it wasn't wasted but we had plenty of other players who busted their ass to get there to be let down with a double drop.)

the point is simply design the loot system that Drops fairly and properly--5 years ago at launch and after all this time still does not work right, and you sit there and make excuses for poor game design I mean loot is way up there on the priorty list if you going to chose 10 things that you have to do right in a Game...loot is one of them.

making excuses for them is kissing their ass,,,,are you telling me that the loot table thing should not have been made correctly when they put it into the game ...After the fact, they are addressing loot issues

EQ2 is a retail transaction we pay their salary every month. Would you be happy if you ordered a hamburger and a steak and got two hamburgers?
