Most players in most guilds would have a big big problem with that kind of net health depletion. If you can compensate for all of it, big if, then chances are you can get the better one off of Anashti/avatar anyway.

I got that part, but how is it a scalable mob in a non-scalable zone, is there a quest or something you have to do to make him spawn? Kinda makes me wonder what he drops at lower lvls too, but mainly I just want that choker.
