Drops off the Headless Horseman in Nektulos Forest for this year's Halloween event. He's an epic x2 mob that scales with level.

On spell or CA it drains 5% HP like the bloodthirsty choker.

I love how they finally put 12 CA and Spell on something crusaders can use, then add a special fuck you by putting 20% health reduction on there.

Meh, the Anashti necks are better in my opinion unless you're a bard or crusader. Even then 20% less max HP is pretty painful.

To who? 4K or less HP isn't going to matter at all unless you're MTing and then you wouldn't wear it anyway.
