Quest starter for Stitches in Time which rewards Robe of the Invoker.

If I recall this starter used to come from clicking a rock in Feerrott and after some abuse it was changed to a body drop. After days of destroying everything in zone (mentored) I've yet to see the damn thing. Anyone do this quest recently? Just looking for regen gear for a low level BG toon.
