    Default Armour Tiers in SF

Excuse my ignorance but my guild ceased to a raid guild towards the end of TSO. I read a lot of threads with people referring to T1 through to T4 armour.

I know in TSO T1 was the 1st level of shard armour, you then upgraded that to T2 with more shards etc.

Can someone explain what T1 through to T4 armour is as far as raiding goes.

On a side note I presume white adorns are the lowest level, yellow for fabled and red for raid gear.

And yes I did do a search first but got overwhelmed by the number of post with people mentioning what Tier armour they were wearing to find anything useful.

Legendary w/yellow adornments would be like T.25
    Fabled w/yellow adornments T.5
Fabled w/red adornments from Icy Keep T.75
Fabed w/red adornments from beginning easy mode SF raid mobs T1
Fabled w/red adornments from latter easy mode SF T2
Fabled w/ red adornments from hard mode SF mobs T3
Fabled w/red adornments from hard mode Underfoot Depths T4

There are multiple tiers of the legendary stuff too.
For level 90, one set has critmit, the other doesn't. The one with critmit comes from the harder instances and some pieces can be bought at Moonview. The one without critmit comes from the easy instances, and some pieces can be bought at Paineel.

And there are lots of level 84 to 88 armor pieces that are almost the same, but not sure if they are complete sets or not.

But yes, T1 is the name given to the starter raid armor this expansion, with heroic and icy keep gear being ignored.

White adornments are for all (except charms atm) items starting at level 10. Cloaks start at a bit higher level.
Yellow adornments can go on all heroic armor from SF.
Red adornments can go on all raid armor from SF.
Blue adornments can go on all level 90 PvP (or just BG?) armor.
Yes, I play as cute little faeries with blue and pink wings, with flowers in their hair.

Much easier to identify T1 to T4 by the resist number...

Like most item have one resist to ~2511 (other to 1535) it's T3 the hard mod
If it's something like 2300 (other resist is like 1300) it's normal mobs so T2
    If it's like 2100 (other resist is like 1100) = T1

The last one is reserved to raider since for most piece it ask like 150 raid token AND a raid drop + the T3 item...

    Raid Tiers

T1: First Easy Mode Raid Mobs (Lair, Palace, Labs)
T2: Later Easy Mode Raid Mobs (Lair, Palace, Labs)
T3: Pre-Underfoot Depths Hard Modes (Lair, Palace, Labs)
T4: Upgrade to T3 (Underfoot Depths Hard Modes - not all slots available)

As you can see Icy Keep is not in that list since it is considered sub par to the very easy drops from the initial easiest mobs (hence the complete lack of interest in that truely annoying zone).

    Adornments

Every item that can be adorned has a white adornment slot. It is the general adornment slot

Yellow/Blue/Red Adornments are on Armor Pieces
Yellow for drops from Heroic Zones
    Blue for Battleground Armor
    Red for Raid drops

A good link for adornments: http://adornments.h0b0.net/
