WTF happened to Defiant

Defiant was 4th best raiding guild on Kithicor in EoF. Now they're like 6 or 7th, and can't get but 3 groups together to raid.

They are rebuilding... open recruiting!

BTW here is the highlight of their RoK raiding so far. --raid video-- Pretty lame.

They appear to be doing fine to me, 6th guild to kill Venril isn't bad at all. They prefer not to post about their kills so people generally aren't aware of how good they are doing. Teh suk that is RoK has hit alot of guilds roster-wise so open recruiting isn't a good indication of any troubles...in fact over their history they have trained some good raiders who never did so before.

Spoken like a person that listens to rumor mongers. If you listen to the people that are leaving Defiant because they got their feelings hurt then yes Defiant is breaking up. But if you want to know the truth ask one of the officers or leaders from that guild.

And Sylow, with all due respect, Defiant was teh 4th guild to kill Venril they are having issues with Overking.

Defiant is just working on adding to the strong players they alreay have. All guilds at some point go through a rough period. They are a great bunch and hope they come back stronger than ever and hope those tha have decided to move on to other guilds remember what a great bunch they are rather than starting rumors.

If I could raid there schedule ( and didn't have my own guild heh ) I would be happy to call Defiant home. Kick ass guys

Defiant is far from breaking up...actually what Defiant is doing is pretty much exactly what Psykil did with CL last year. I have a new understanding why Psy did what he did and how fucking hard it is to make the tough decisions.

Now having said that....I don't expect Defiant to ever be a CL....that's not my goal...but my goal is to field a good raid force that pays attention to what they are doing.

And as for the ppl that have left Defiant in the past week and the ppl that will undoubtably be gone one way or another in the upcoming weeks, I have nothing but best wishes for you.

If you are one of the ppl that has created the "falling apart" rumors I also wish you the best and look forward to stomping your face into the ground as we step over you on our way to the next raid mob. Thks for making my life fun!

So...to end rumomrs, Defiant is not breaking up...period.

If you are a mature person that hates drama...and I do mean HATES drama, can play their class, and can take direction then please feel free to send Cronc, Panthra, Ninlana, Nillirt, Jaghabec a tell for further info.

Well, we've been trying to do the Overking encounter as it was designed rather than the "work around" that many other guilds have done.
