I really don't care if the game is good or not, but when it fucks up my play time for updates to a stupid online card game that I never wanted it sucks. I pay for EQ2 not some stupid card game. The fact that they entertwined this crap with my game is BS.

Nothing against you all that like this game, but it has caused downtime and game bugs of gigantic proportions already and it isn't even fucking live yet. SoE, take this shit out of the EQ/EQ2 NOW!

Haha whatever ya say, the day it came out they did extra maintenance which was why servers were down so long, If it were just LoN it would have been no more than an hour max that day. Today, once again... completely LoN unrelated.

Oh and some servers are up, everythings working fine even LoN. I dont see how it could have affected some servers and not others. In fact, i dont see how LoN would have anything at all to do with items dissapearing when placed on the broker etc

It had nothing to do with LON. Flag variables were for some reason disabled by coders today. (Variables that perform checks for quests completed which prevent you from doing them again. Also /recent list on PVP was effected by this essentially letting you kill the same person 100 times. You could also perform the same collection infinate times) Diffrent downtimes for diffrent servers was related to how many homos exploited this. If your server only had 1 homo you were down for about 5 minutes after all the hotfixing was done (which took about 5 hours including time to sort through logs of each server) If your server had a lot of exploiting homos you were down for the initial 5 hours + more time for rollbacks for all those people. Some servers are still down at this time due to this blunder.

and? LoN has absolutely nothing to do with the problems. Today they did update the interface etc on LoN but theyre not going to hold select servers down for LoN related issues. If it was LoN, ALL servers would be up right now and LoN wouldnt be working. Im not standing up for LoN, im just saying your retarded if your thinking LoN is whats keeping the servers down.

LON was actully patched about 1 hour after nagafen came back up. Which lead to a cards.rcc patch. Which was LON update 1.53 or something.
