Where SOE chooses to test doesn't matter, as LoN itself is in beta, therefore any "exploit" performed inside LoN is part of the beta test.

While it sucks, especially if the exploited items or whatever can be used on a live server, you can't start banning players for beta testing. Finding bugs during the beta is what its for.

In fact if you punish players for finding bugs during a beta phase all you're doing (besides being fucking retarded) is encouraging players to not report the bugs they find for fear of getting banned, which could lead to the bugs/exploits going live, which would be way worse.

I agree on the sig btw.

If you notice above though, I said if they test properly and notify the proper people, they should not be banned, just get a rollback. While the people who are spreading it for personal gain, should be banned.

Also, I know the siggy is big, I am working on it now

The problem with a rollback, or taking back the items etc. is that they could have been traded off 2 or 3 + times, so who is the one that will really be punished?

As far as the exploit, if it is what I'm thinking of, then it wouldn't have happened on live, and had to do with the free packs beta accounts where given. It isn't really an exploit in LoN, but people exploiting the beta invite/free packs.

leave accounts on the test servers alone, just dont testing this fucking crap on the live servers and then roll back everyone. LoN shit shouldve stayed on the test servers so that the rest of us dont have to put up with this fucking crap.

You signed up to a beta, I'm sure they can just kill the entire system off take away everybody's cards, items, and refund everybody's money, and then just start over just fine and make sure they aren't stupid enough to let something to exploit happen.
