Sony Online EntertainmentHi, yesterday i recieved 2 rewards for unpacking 5 decks of cards. today i checked on them and saw that the Void Wings that i had have dissapeared can you please help me? ( I won 2 rewards Void Portal and Void Wings ) I have won Void wings in the past so this woulda been my 2nd pair.

I can understand your concern with being unable to locate your Legends of Norrath loot card, "Wings of Shadow," and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you. I am escalating your petition to our Technical Support department, and one of our representatives will respond to you shortly regarding this matter. If you have any further concerns please feel free to submit another petition.

I did do a thorough investigation on your account you have only ever had 1 of the Wings of Shadow loot card on this account which you traded away on 2/13/09. I do not see you getting another one from any booster packs or anything else. I can only go by what the database has for your account and as such you are not eligible to receive any form of reimbursement on this account. You may call if you wish but that will not change the fact that we are not able to give you back something that we have no record of you missing.

Hello, Chris im replying to let you know that you are wrong and unfortunately after making me wait an entire week I cannot belive that you actually did a well enough investigation. Yes, I have won Void Wings on this account in the past but I have won them again recently. Please review the history more clearly and give me my reward. Thanks. I will call SOE tomarrow to check up on you, because I am very dissapointed on how you just called me a liar. For your information I am a Soldier in the United States Army and I will be treated with a little bit more dignity by you

The reason you no longer have the Wings of Shadow loot card on this account is because you traded it with another player for a Magic Infusion loot card. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

You sound like a whiny, manipulative 18 year old female who just realized what her breasts are really used for. Seriously, what does being in the armed forces have to do with this? A comment like that is an insult to the idea of being in the military. To think someone would use this as a form of coercion is sickening. I would be ashamed if I were you...

Yeah its sad to be honest. I worked at a bank before my job now and that was the first thing out of their mouth whenever they didn't get what they wanted.
