I have a few that some guy wants to trade/buy from me. I think he is low-balling me. Is there a list or some place that sells them so I can get an idea of what each is worth? ty

Anyway... Ultra rares ... well. Just draw your own conclusions from this but ultra rares demand is kind of funny. I am not sure what the exact ratio is for URs but it is higher than loot cards. Generally I see 1 in about 15 or 20 packs ( loot is 1 in 9 ). The thing with URs though is some are just not great from a playability standpoint so demand for those will be low. Also the total number of URs in each set is low and you only need a max of 4 copies of each, some less because of playability.

If you go to the LoN trade lobby you will see what people are offering. Those offers are generally less than what you can get for it. If you look at both "offered" and "want" you can get a feel for the range it falls in.

I think what Crabbok said is true to a certain extent because the LOOT whores of EQ2 have created a supply/demand deficit for cards and there seems to be a much larger portion of people who put ALL the value of LoN on the loot. The card game means nothing to them other than a vehicle for loot.
