Sony Online Entertainment is like a casual guild... for developers.

Join SoE and you get to "fuck around with some content" while never doing anything great. On top of that there will always those guys who fuck it up for the rest of the SoE guild. Of course anyone with actual substance leaves for bigger and better things.

But hey, its "casual" development! Get it while its lukewarm...
