    Default LCT Version 1.2.8 Released!

    Hey everyone!

    I've updated LCT to version 1.2.8. Changes include:
    -Spell Timers now available! To use, go to File -> Spell Timer Window, or check the box in options to automatically load the spell timer window
    -Fixed a few minor parsing errors on 3rd party avoidance

    Download it from eq2interface here: EQ2Interface : Lite Combat Tracker : Lite Combat Tracker

    or straight from the google code project here: Downloads - lct-eq2 - Project Hosting on Google Code

    Also, if you already use LCT, you can just run it, and it will prompt you to automatically update.

    Enjoy!

    When I open the spell timers window it comes up blank. I can't right click or press insert. I'm guessing this is a Linux only bug. Let me know what information I can provide to help track this down.

    Thanks again, I really appreciate all your efforts. - Icoer

    Yeah it's blank until it sees a spell that has a timer. Try setting it to auto-display in your options screen and it should pop up automatically with a timer on it.

    I'm working on adding some new features - allowing you to add your own timer and fleshing out the details. It's relatively new, so may include some bugs until I get it all ironed out

    I know LCT hasn't been updated in a while, but I'm hoping it's still being worked on!

    I'm using Linux (Ubuntu 10.04); As Icoer mentioned in a previous post, i converted start.bat into a .sh and ran the program. It started all right, although I had to point it to my Everquest II directory. I can press the Play, Pause, and Stop buttons and will receive messages that the parsing started/stopped/paused. It moves all of the parses from the normal log (eq2log_Character.txt) into the archive directory. However, it doesn't show any results in the LCT window. I've tried messing with the LCT Options menu but haven't gotten any results.

    This error showed up in the terminal:
    ./start.sh
    javax.swing.UnsupportedLookAndFeelException: [The Microsoft Windows Look and Feel - com.sun.java.swing.plaf.windows.WindowsLookAndFeel] not supported on this platform
    at javax.swing.UIManager.setLookAndFeel(UIManager.jav a:517)

    at com.lct.eq2.gui.LiteGui.main(LiteGui.java:4984)
    Program initialization took 491ms.
    Tail(Combat Log)::run() - Skipping to the EOF took 0ms.

    Tail(Combat Log)::run() - Skipping to the EOF took 0ms.
    Tail(Combat Log)::run() - Skipping to the EOF took 0ms.
    Is the error related to the problem? If not, where should I look for possible causes? If so, how can I fix it?

    Thanks for any help!
