so , here I am, at work, going to be here for another 5-6 hours, with absolutely nothing to fucking do except wait to be released by my company commander , who in his great wisdom, decided that mass punishment is just the right thing to do to correct the tardiness of one individual who failed to show up at 0400. To make matters worse, there aint no fucking drama worthy of reading today. so come on folks, entertain me!!!

Ha- I'm in the same boat- except I'm the senior guy keeping everyone here with nothing to do.... I know it doesn't make alot of sence to do that, but it's what we gotta do sometimes.

my unit is 1-187 In battalion, 3rd BCT , FT Campbell KY - weather here is about 80 degrees, sun shining, and I am daydreaming about going to KY lake and Bass fishing. to make matters worse, I was up until midnight raiding, and I STILL woke up at 0300 to be here for formmation. I should be Home taking a nap before raid time tonight.

Loved my time in the Air Force. They should make the service mandatory, 18-20 automatically required in America. It would definately do this piece some good.

Just remember while you are all nice and comfy, able to voice how you feel and what you want, that somewhere along the line, a soldier died for you to have that right, how ever you feel about whats going on over in the middle east, the fact that its happeing over there instead of where you live should have most folks thanking a person for thier service instead of ridiculing,harassing (not saying you are harrasing) and otherwise causing even more undue hardship.
