Let me just say I have the utmost respect for the accomplishemnts of TB. Our guild is not designed to be the raid guild they are designed to be. So there is no reason to even attempt to compare our raiding to theirs. That was never my intention. I just can't figure out why Val made it his intention.

So it looks like I mistitled this post, that I will admit to.

As a returning member of TB and an officer again. My official statement sits as such: Wlihan has earned his spot in our raid force. AnA. I wish you nothing but the best of luck in raiding in accordance with whichever playstyle and schedule works best for you all. Grats on your kills to date and pre grats for first time kills in the future.

My post wasn't about your guild. Everyone has different playstyles and needs in this game. We all pay our 15$ a month, and all deserve to play the game as it best suits our needs. I am also immensely happy for you that you are proud of your guild, and what it has accomplished in this game. But any of these statements you made while quoting what I posted is fucking stupid and out of place with what I was saying about your FUCKING STUPIDITY.

I think it's fair to recommend to consider restructuring the A&A infrastructure. There's no shame to it, and there's great potential to be had for a guild that has been running as long as it has been. Start from the inside and work outwards to find opportunities of improvement. Afterwards, begin recruiting.
