besides the big 3 what other raiding guilds do we have on MM?

Depends what you consider "Raid Guilds"

There are plenty of guilds that raid but only the "big 3" that you have mentioned are raiding current end game content. Not sure if you were just looking for a list of raid guilds or all the guilds that raid anything.

If that makes any sense what so ever

The are quite a few alliances and less well known guilds doing end game content except for avatars.

ya there seems to be 3 that are on or close to farming status of eof. most servers seem to have that "second tier" raiding group who are close but not quite there. was wondering who those guilds are.

basically i was part of Dark descendents when they disbanded. i thought about starting up my own raid guild, but a new guild at this point would start raiding eof well after rok came out. so im looking at options for what raiding guilds are out there. i do want to raid eof and rok but i know sometimes it takes time to get a guild to that level. i wouldnt mind being with a guild that was doing kos now if i knew they were trying to take things to the next level and were just short personal.

sorry for turning my own thread into a lf raiding guild because i am curious what raiding guilds we have on this server.

im not sure thats an entirely fair statement. i have seen other guilds besides lords, tribes and trinitas(hope i spelled your guild name right. i tend to mess it up alot sorry) zone into eh and mmis, so there are guilds doing those zones. they just havent gotten to the point where they are clearing those zones yet. could be lack of the right classes, attendance or whatever but there are people doing them. just because your not on farming status doesnt mean your not doing end game or trying to do end game.

Just because you're zoning into these zones doesn't qualify you for doing End game content

if you aren't killing these Bosses then you aren't in End game imo and I bet a few other raid guilds around these boards would agree

Second, like someone else said there are alliances raiding. Is that not good enough for you? Its got to be a guild?

the big 3 are tribes, lords and trinitas

as for me persoanlly i wouldmuch rather be in a raiding guild. alliances are fine and i think they are great for the purpose they hold. but i would rather be in a guild that is dedicated solely on raiding. the purpose of both is to raid the mentality is diffrent in the way i see it.

I'm in agreement with Baiynne on this and I don't think anyone's trying to sound elitist or anything.

If you're saying "End Game Content", you're talking about contested and clearing the instance zones, in my opinion. You don't necessarily have to be killing all the contested, as long as your putting in firm attempts. If you never make a quality pull on an avatar, PHH, or Contested Mayong, you can't be doing "End Game Content.", because you're not experiencing the contested content.

Contesteds are the natural, final part of progression in a tier. You do starter instances (CMF, FTH), advanced instances (TTR, EH, MMIS), and when geared up from those, you do contesteds. Thus, if you never attempt current tier contesteds, you're not doing "End Game Content."

I suppose everyone will have their own idea about this, but if you polled anyone in the "Big 3", that's probably what you'll hear...or something very close.

What's been done, by whom? Well, the RaidProgression.com site (created by Trinitas) will tell you who has killed what, but a summary would be:

1) Tribes: Only guild on server to complete all instances, but I'm sure Throne Room will be done by someone else soon. Every EoF contested that has been killed so far, has been us, despite what some people in public chat seem to think. Has killed all KoS contested. Has killed Matron many times. That's about as bold as you'll ever hear me talk about our accomplishments, unless arguments break out.

2) Trinitas and Lords of the Triple Moons: I'm putting together because they are currently of equal accomplishment. They have completed all instanced zones except Throne Room. They pull contesteds from time to time and have also killed every KoS contested. Trinitas has killed Matron once; Lords has not.

4?) Himalaya: Who fucking knows. Someone from their guild was claiming this week to have completed Throne Room and all instances; but as usual, there has been no proof of this.

Other guilds on the server, I don't consider "End Game Guilds" so much as "Raid Guilds." That's not meant as an insult in any way, it's just a classification based on what content is attempted. Having been in a kind of alliance a long time ago, I would agree with Harmless that mentalities are different.
