Also, if you go back over the old threads, we've answered ever accusation about our strats. We've repeatedly requested proof of anything remotely proving we don't come up with our own strats. Not one person has ever had anything to show, yet it seems the only people who have made the claims are guilds competing with us. Sounds like a lot of jealousy right? This same thing is said about every guild on top of their server and it's fucking tiring. It's not even worth talking about.
If the new Impulse does the current shitty content without help, props to them. However, as vehemently as some of the ex-members come here to defend their old guildmates, it's an awfully easy leap to make an assumption there isn't it? They're the ones that'll choose whether of not to follow through with it. |
What does the first paragraph have anything to do with proving me wrong on the fact that Ho-mack was a good leader? You're fucking retarded if your making assumptions on a player you've never played with, let alone raided beside. Instead of wasting my time with your bullshit statements atleast come up with a reason why you think the fact that the guild broke up was cause of bad leadership. Not one former impulse member will tell you that Normack was a bad leader, so once again stop talking out your ass.
There were two main reasons. A) Vanguard was going to literally break the guild in two. I don't think Impulse would have been the same if they recruited people from mm to replace those leaving. B) During a raid Normack got fed up because of the MT and decided to call it quits. So you can thank two things for the reason why your guild is even considered the top on your server.
That and broken raid encounters and shitty game design in general but thats why I left :P. Thank vanguard for breaking up the guild!
You were pulling MATRON? 2 weeks before we got there? That's funny, you guys couldn't even get past the first and second mob in that encounter for a while there so its interesting that you were able to have your strat pre-made for mobs you've never even encountered. I wish I had a psychic playing with me while I played EQ2. Infact you didn't manage to beat the encounter until AFTER we broke up, so GG on that one.
I'm not in a guild competing with you, so nix that reason for why I would say you guys copy strats. I've witnessed your attempts at the matron encounter and your positioning was considerably close to how we did it. And by considerably I mean really fucking close, to the T, your tank was in the same spot ours was along with your healing, etc,etc. Don't tell me there isnt alot of room to make up different positions because its a wide open zone and theres a lot of places you can tank that mob at.
Let's go over some facts here Robin. You claim that you were pulling the Matron encounter before we even got there so therefore you couldn't have possibly copied impulses positioning right? While we were the top guild no one claimed shit about us stealing strats from other guilds, so don't give me that bullshit about every top guild on every server deals with that. Infact probably 80% of the top guilds worldwide don't have to deal with that issue. Show me proof that it happens everywhere sir, otherwise stop talking out of your ass

It's real easy to talk big without any competition(we didnt have any either), and I've noticed the attitude change as well, you guys really aren't that elite, so kick yourselves down a notch sir. Theres guilds world wide that shit on your face and make you eat it for lunch and dinner.
