And 4% real haste didn't give us any benefit on most weapons, for example, DW 2.5 delay weapons, the lowest delay you can get is 1.5 delay. You can get it yto 1.5 delay with 115% haste. The extra haste won't make it to 1.4 delay.
In other word, if you are DW 2.5 delay weapons, all the haste you need is 115% haste to hit 1.5 delay. It sucks. We get ZERO dps improvement from our T8 haste CAS. It's much worse than what bruiser can get from their new damage proc stance.
