With a Jester's Cap I will hit Severed Werewolf Paw, Possible Master Strike, Crane Flock, and then hit Devastation Fist. For the 10 seconds you are stifled you will double attack 100% of the time so the stifle won't hurt your dps. Also, Crane Flock and Devastation fist will then be recastable in 1.5 minutes *orgasm* .

Dev fist will need to be handled w care. (or timing) Most brawlers are already high on the hate list a nice 15-80k hit will put the brawler on top most times. AND then you cant fake death w stifle. Which means you will be tanking the mob unless the guard has reinforcements up.

Its a good change i hope they leave it in. Its a nice super taunt and nice dps boost.

Question was the abysmal hit % of dev fist ever fixed ? Currently it is 12% HARDER to hit a mob w dev fist? Against a true 75 orange epic it will be hard to land reliably i would think.

I don't suppose Aerelik could give us a guesstimate of what the new 'high' damage of Dev fist will be? Hope its damage is stronger than the Dev nerf bat.
