I finished the whole set a while back and posted screens of the before/after effects in our forum here. I also bug reported it.

The only saving grace is that u can get the 7 bits equipped, recast off stance and put back on your main gear while keeping the + 10 haste/attack skills. Quite obviously not meant to work like this, but then again when u look at the screens i made its perfectly clear that it not working as intended (or described in set bonus text).

What our 7 set bonus offers is a complete joke, but back on topic its not the only one.
