The RE2 cloak is going to be your best non raid haste slot. And yes haste is important, since such a large portion of our damage comes from auto attack. Also a thing to note some haste does stack. Items that give plus attack speed will stack but only one 'haste' item. However most choose to focus on other dps attributes first since monks self buff such high haste. But the re2 cloak is really well rounded with the da skill and the parry chance.

thx alot, so i will go for the re cloak. as that seems to be like a lotto jackpot until i get it i will stick with the chardock blue shinie collection belt as i cant figure out any better option until then.

Has anyone seen a fabled brawler weapon in a TSO instance? I've seen a couple for scouts, one for Crusader/Pally, but have yet to see any for brawlers. I've tried searching on the web, but haven't come up with anything. I'm looking for something to go along with epic, that is small or full group doable. (Done COA so many times but Latol never drops.)

But its a garaunteed drop where the other 2 might take people a while to farm.

Everyone 100% sure Runic Barrior proc's stack or are they like Mutagenic Burst in the fact to not make them over powered they only can proc off 1 peice of armor.

Just a question. Wouldnt know how to test it really. Just can't tell proc rates increase noticably per peice added.

separate checks for triggering but they don't "Stack" in that one will overwrite another instead of having multiple effects up.
