Hate to say it but 12(Tsunami)+30(Stun/root mit)=42s is all most Monk will last. Having it for 1min 30sec is nearly a waste since most wont survive long enough to use it.

As for rooted mobs there is an easy fix for this and it's something SOE already has in place for most rooted mobs. It's called "summon".

I am speaking for myself and the majority of Monks like me. Sorry but the God geared Monks are a lot fewer then Monks like myself.

So maybe should only nerf Peel for elite players such as yourself so your not over powered.
