Taking for example our last visit to Thuuga i had approx:
55% of my damage from autoattack.
12% from various procs and df.
33% from ca's
That puts me (and monks in general) on the heavy autoattack side of things, which means +ca dmg is less important, and +crit, +da, +dps are much moreso. We already have have a ton of haste or it would be an important factor as well.
Given that, my instincts are that most of us will go for
+crit just slightly more than +da > +dps > +ca dmg > +haste
Choosing dps and haste bonus items obviously depends on where you are already. You wont choose more haste instead of dps if you are already high into the dim returns for haste, and vice versa. There is likely a similar cap for +ca - (probably 50% like for spells) I just havent seen a good test, and I dont know that we have enough equip options yet to do one.
There is tons of math that can be worked to try to figure it all out - problem is there is also thousand different ways to set up the equations and a thousand different starting points. e.g. i may be grouped with a bunch of casters and have a ton of procs, but you might be with a coercer and inq and no proc classes - this throws alot of calculations off. Imho, the way to do it is to try different configurations on the trash mobs and see what comes out best after lots of parsing.
Some good recent info here for ppl that like details (takes some sifting):

As to whatever skills you are using (c/s/p) - most of the time you will have a solid hit rate if the mob is highly debuffed without too many item bonuses for these - you just have to make sure that if you dont, you get bonuses to those skills until you do. All the rest is bunk if you arent hitting the mobs consistently.
