If it's your main character it worths upgrading all CAs. AD III damage increase over T7 Masters might be low but I did all mine except one that I never use. Stop slacking and get your new CAs!
Only one buff is worth upgrading to AD III and that is Chakra.
I haven't upgraded stances either. Defensive and middle stances might worth upgrading if you are not raiding. I haven't checked if total avoidance is higher though, check before you do. I made my Offensive stance... then sold it. It didn't worth scribing. It was lowering everything over the old Master except +3 to skills.
