cooldowns

Are all monks abilities on long cooldowns? I have an 11 monk and so far every ability he has is on a long cooldown. Does it get any better later on? If so, at what lvl?

our cooldowns on our combat arts are better than a lot of other classes cooldowns. ours are some of the lowest out there of any melee class. look at a lot of the abilities used by scouts, like half of them are on 1 min 12s cooldowns, and several bruiser combat arts are 1 min+

Bruiser Full Cooldown list. This is discounting AA abilities.

2x 10 sec
5 x 30 sec
2x 40 sec
3x 1 min
1x 1.5 min

wait till u get a little higher, at lvl 11 u dont really have alot of abilities to choose from so your forced to wait for them to come back up, but when u start to fill up your hot bar u will notice u have more then enough combat arts that u wont have to worry about how long there recast is.

oh and the agi AA line helps with the recast times too
