WHAT THE FUCK? THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A TOP END LEGENDARY BRAWLER WEAPON? THIS IS SUPPOSED TO COMPARE TO A SCOUT ONE HANDER WITH A 90 RATING? OMFG . . .

The sampan fighting baton from the killing in the name quest is arguably a better weapon than this. The Staff of the Flapping Wing (level 62) has essentially the same DR.

Its actually not that bad for monks.... Bruisers got hosed, but not monks.

Did you really expect to walk up pay 30g and get a Bonecrusher or Supple Dogwood Staff?

The scout one hander sucks ass as anyone that has a clue will tell you, this is much better, for monks atleast, than the anaphylaxis on a comparative usefulness/damage basis.

The SotFW's rating comes from its close min:max and short delay, both of which suck after around level 68. Not really a good comparison.

A better one would be to compare it to the hammer from TTR.
