AA spec options (looking for more)
The goal of this thread is to present different viable options for assigning AAs. Currently we have a number of different brawler AA setups, and are looking for more Monk setups.
I'll start the ball: (These are just options, and I know not everyone will agree with them, but they are ones that I have seen on this forum, and seem pretty viable)
Solo & lvling: (< lvl70)
STR: 4-4-8
INT: 4-4-8
WIS: 4-4-8-6-2
Solo (>lvl 70)
INT: 4-4-8-8-2
WIS: 4-4-8-6-2
AGI: 4-4-8-3
DPS
AGI: 4-7-8
WIS: 4-4-8-8-2
INT: 4-4-8-6-2
AGI: 4-4-8
STA: 4-4-5
WIS: 4-8-8-2-2 WIS
INT: 4-4-8<!-- / message -->
Tanking
KOS Tree
AGI: 4-7-8
WIS: 4-4-8-8-2
INT: 4-4-8-6-2
AGI: 4-4-8-3
WIS: 4-4-8-8-2
INT: 4-4-8-8
Misc.
Support + Survivability
4-4-8-5 INT
4-4-8-6-2 WIS
4-4-8-6-2 AGI
Support + DPS
4-4-8 INT
4-8-8-2-2 WIS
4-8-8-2-2 AGI
4-1 STA
EoF Tree (aka Monk Tree)
5 in Horse Kick
5 in Rising Pheonix
5 in Rising Dragon
3 in Sprint
Both cures
5 in Heal
5 in Tsunami
5 in Outward Calm
5 in Five Rings
5 in Silencing Palm
5 in Morning Star
Combination
Superior Riposte
1 in Tranquil Vision
3 in Velium Palm
5 in single taunt
3 in Biting Cobra
4 in Talon
I was going to post the EoF Tanking spec from a different thread, but upon comparison, I found that it was the same as the DPS spec.
These are only suggestions, and welcome others to post their variations.
Thanks to Normack, Splorch, and others that have provided the info in other threads that I have posted here.

Re: Stickying AA Specs etc
I've been alternating my specs around and so far for tanking this has worked the best overall for KoS
4-4-8-8 INT
4-4-8-8-2 WIS
4-4-8-3 AGI
The reason being is that though the end ability of INT works out nicely before this expansion, there are too many mobs these days that can hit outright for 5-8k(even in heroic). Being below 30% hps is just not a possibility these days. If you get hit into that range your either going to get lucky and the mob will miss or your going to die unless someone has thrown some serious wards up at that point.
As an added DPS spec i'd say
4-4-8 INT
4-8-8-2-2 WIS
4-4-8 AGI
4-4-5 STA

Re: Stickying AA Specs etc
Thanks for the alternatives, Splorch. Are there any other EoF setups, or is that pretty much the best overall setup that I have currently listed?

true that craneflock does do mad dps in muli mob enounters but chi is still quite good

Re: Stickying AA Specs etc
Crane Flock enables me to solo kill multiple blue/green triple ups on my 50's AT farming monk, Chi hasn't worked out so well for me trying to do the same.

Re: Stickying AA Specs etc
Evade Check is actually very good for Tanking, or even when you are not tanking. Making yourself an extra hate vent for the scout group or mage group in raids is a pretty nice utility, and it works like a backwards taunt when you are tanking instances. And if you are off-tanking, you can still run it to help the tank keep aggro.
And Mongoose Stance is a good alternative when you don't like tanking and just want to DPS (altho it is in a very odd line for that role; that's kind of our tanking line). But if there is a really troublesome mage getting aggro too often, put your TV on him and then put Mongoose stance on, you will take 9% of his hate and then de-hate yourself, effectively containing aggro for the tank.
And if you are the best DPS in group but not tanking, putting 5 points in TV is no small thing. 5% hate plus our avoidance is definitely helpful for those silly plate-wearing chumps.
And not sure why you wouldn't add points to your group taunt AA for a tanking spec...
