Spell Update ?!?

i will ask if there is an update for the spell "60: Tranquil Vision" existing?
seeking for it but i find nothing.

You know, i gotta admit for a while i thought i just missed that upgrade myself, but was sad to find out that SOE just didnt upgrade that one. Well only partly sad, because i didnt exactly want to buy a new loam/master but it just feels like it should be upgraded. Damn grayed out spell.

The dumbest part about having lvl 58 and 60 spells that don't get upgraded is they are hard as hell to get for a new player or an alt. Even if they don't make the spell better they should still drop from current tier content.

tbh even a time sink quest would be more fair
