being that i respect your opinion as a monk, even though i think youre a sad, sad individual, i decided to test these much more in depth than i did last time.

i just did about 20 parses with each pair of boots, with every single piece of proc gear i have removed so that procs aren't affecting the parses, going left to right on my hotbars then hitting the cas as they come up so that stayed exactly the same, timing cas. every single parse was within 200, and both boots came out on top on some parses. i'm concluding 4 da is basically equal to 7 crit, and that the remorseless boots have better avoid.

these were all done on a training dummy, out of group by the way, and yes i also removed the mythical, as it procs.

set boots add 4 hp and 43 mana, have better resists, but resists are basically a non issue for a raid geared monk. i'm 10-14k across the board in raid.

remorseless boots add .5% avoid.

EDIT: Hold on, let me stop here. I'll explain to you what you are doing wrong instead of being an asshole, lets call it my nice guy moment for 2008. OK, taking off procs, crit % affects procs taking them off is silly. Taking off the mythical, the dmg spread on the mythical is the reason why crits are so important not to mention the da proc on it being important as more DA's will crit. Now lets talk about you hitting a blue wall, well sir you are aware crit scales correct? Crit becomes even more important as the mob scales up in level, we are talking about raid gear and there aren't any blue mobs to hit while raiding in this expansion. Also your talk about hitting the crit cap, you only have the Gi, I don't have the gi TBH but how much is it up 20-25 secs a min what about the other half a minute where you aren't at the cap?
