Landed on Beta today (as far as I can tell). Sorry for the sloppy cut/paste work, trying to work around the picture limitations here:

Some good, some bad. I understand this will be our "lower end" raid set for tSO? If that's the case, I'm happy. Some of it is better than VP set, some of it worse but with an alternate purpose, and just a few suck.
Oh, and I actually like the change made to the Full Moon focus on the pants as compared to the VP set. That, imo, should be an awesome help with AE aggro.

The 2 bonus gives me a fucking break, what you cant think of anything new? The 4 bonus, adds deflect to the recipient how long does it last on them cause 45 secs less on heal is either leet as hell if it stacks with our aa or a complete fucking joke, the 6 bonus are you fucking kidding me once again they are putting bullshit the opposite way it should be, why add defense to our offensive stance and offense to our defensive. Its fucking retarded!

that full moon boost is an insult. almost like they're trying to rub it in that we are worthless now.

Actually, I thinkthe full moon boost is awesome. The cast time, with AAs and all, will be 1 second (little less due to raidwide, but you get the idea).

Cutting the recast down 10 seconds on a 30 second recast CA is pretty awesome.

even i the bonuses are switched on the (6) piece bonus, 4 crit is kinda weak
