Anybody know if this actually exists? Been playing my monk for 3 years, have never seen it up for sale. Its the only master I don't have. Any info would be appreciated.

from what i was told its on PvP servers only as master 1

Doesn't exist on pve.

Aha - well, thanks for the info. Wonder why they left it off PVE servers? Not that the spell really matters, but seems kinda strange.

Psh, I use it all the time. Pull 4 mobs, send one off with fear to collect some adds while the other 3 die. 'Tis an awesome spell. :P

Instill panic is one of the best abilities you have. can get rich easily with it.
