Default Monks more needed then bruisers?

Im noob but from what i read on this forum and others, bruisers -> monk alot nowdays.

so that was what i generally thought, with this said, it seems when i look at guild recruitment i see alot of guilds looking for monks, but never for a bruiser.

i guess more players play bruiser then monk so generally the need is bigger or monks are more rare.

but i also know several guilds who dont even use bruisers but a monk. Does a raid benfit more of the monk class or why is guilds looking for monks if everyone says bruiser is better at all points.

the monk raidwide buff used to make them more desireable for a generic brawler DD/util spot.

Actually, a lot of monks betrayed to bruisers in TSO, especially high end guilds.

If you are a brawler and LF a raiding guild, good luck. Only very few guilds are looking for brawler.

Alot of guilds in this game and raids are run by fucking retards, hope that answers your question in the most accurate way for you.

Because a lot of bruisers betrayed in RoK when monk had amazing peel and raidwide buff.

At that time, a lot of guilds have monk but not bruiser and they knew little of bruisers.

In TSO, bruiser got very nice tso aa and monk got shitty aa.

Even though, most people didn't know that. Most guilds have the good memory of how good monk was. When they need a brawler, their first impression is monk rather than bruiser.

For example, Slaan is a very good monk in Xanadu. It looks like he quitted. Since they are amazed of how good monk was by Slaan, they want to get a new monk rather than bruiser. It's not because bruiser is worse, it's because they had a good monk before.

A lot of guilds try to have at least 1 character of each class. So i would just guess their monks just betrayed to bruisers, and thats why they need new monks :D

Anyway, its not about classes, if you are a good player and able to learn, then you will find a spot with any class.

well ofc u will find a spot if your good, but if u are at a certain point of skill, why would a guild recruit you as monk, when u can betray.
